Angela N. Beckford MD, MPH, FAAD is a board certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist specializing in the treatment of acne and a wide range of skin conditions. She takes pride in offering individualized care to every patient. Her goal is for you to achieve your full potential with healthy radiant skin. Dr. Beckford completed her dermatology residency at Boston University School of Medicine after a surgical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital/New York University School of Medicine in Manhattan. During a diverse residency program she mastered the management of skin conditions in all skin types. Advanced training was obtained during a rigorous Skin Oncology Fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine where she received the distinguished MFD Award for Humanitarianism. Dr. Beckford then completed an innovative Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship at Skin and Lasers Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ

Dr. Beckford was the recipient of the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award on receiving a Master of Public Health from Florida International University. In addition, she also completed an internship in Epidemiology with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Director of Health Promotion and Education Scholarships Program at the Miami-Dade Health Department. There she was awarded the Miami-Dade County Health Department’s Health Hero Award for Extraordinary Contribution to the SARS/smallpox national protocol. Dr. Angela Beckford has been involved in numerous dermatologic clinical research trials as well as medical school educational projects. Her enthusiasm for imparting clinical diagnostic skills has inspired many medical students and residents. She has presented on cutting edge cosmetic technology at national meetings such as the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). Dr. Beckford has also co-authored numerous published peer-reviewed journal articles. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, ASLMS, Women’s Dermatologic and the Skin of Color Societies. She has affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.

After training at the top medical schools in the USA (Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Stanford Medical School), Dr. Peppercorn devoted his career to the creation and operation of one of the most respected full-service state-of-the-art university quality dermatology centers in the country. His prior work experience includes teaching dermatology residents as a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Stanford Medical School. Dr. Wright is a board certified dermatologist who received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Washington DC after graduating with a double major from the University of Colorado. After running a hyperbaric chamber for US Navy dive teams in Micronesia, he then completed 3 years of dermatology training at the Naval Medical Center San Diego as chief resident, and was the recipient of the Alfred Hollander Memorial Award for teaching, as well as professional and personal integrity. Dr. Wright specializes in all facets of complex medical dermatology with an extra focus on aesthetic and sun care regimens, acne, tattoo reactions, anogenital disease, infectious diseases of the skin, and precancerous and cutaneous oncology. His dermatologic career has taken him around the world, exposing him to many unique patients and skin concerns. Dr. Wright is passionate about formulating a unique treatment plan for each patient based on the diagnosis, skin type and overall healthcare goals.
