Dr. Wright is a board certified dermatologist who received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Washington DC after graduating with a double major from the University of Colorado. After running a hyperbaric chamber for US Navy dive teams in Micronesia, he then completed 3 years of dermatology training at the Naval Medical Center San Diego as chief resident, and was the recipient of the Alfred Hollander Memorial Award for teaching, as well as professional and personal integrity. Dr. Wright specializes in all facets of complex medical dermatology with an extra focus on aesthetic and sun care regimens, acne, tattoo reactions, anogenital disease, infectious diseases of the skin, and precancerous and cutaneous oncology. His dermatologic career has taken him around the world, exposing him to many unique patients and skin concerns.
Dr. Wright is passionate about formulating a unique treatment plan for each patient based on the diagnosis, skin type and overall healthcare goals. Furthermore, he strives to provide patients with a diagnosis in the utmost expediency, with clear guidance for the short and long term treatment plan.
He enjoys traveling, surfing and being with his family.

All medical dermatology diseases, including acne, rosacea, contact dermatitis, skin discoloration, cellulitis, rashes, HSV, herpes, warts, ulcers, skin lesions, malignant neoplasms of the skin, nail issues, hair loss, skin aging, cold sores, sun damage or actinic keratoses, epidermal cysts, eczema, psoriasis, seborrheic keratosis or benign skin tumors, dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis or cradle cap, folliculitis, hives or urticaria, atopic dermatitis, tinea or tinea versicolor, fungal infections, cosmetic procedure follow-up, surgical procedure follow-up, inflammatory skin diseases, parasitic infections such as scabies or head lice.
