Generally, no. Each medical visit, whether via video or not, is billed as a separate encounter. Otherwise, for follow up questions related to a visit that just occurred, most SkyMD providers encourage the patient to submit questions through the secure online portal, assuming the questions pertain to the same
medical conditions discussed during the prior visit. For all new medical issues, a new visit is required.
